A 17th Century house with converted, rustic outbuildings, sprawling gardens and fields in Swettenham, Cheshire, just 45 minutes from Manchester.
Resident artists, a history of filming and photography, a gallery and a music room, surrounded by inspirational countryside. ​
Managed by Film Location Consultant, Abbie Morrow, we have a wealth of different location styles on site that are available for filming and photography.
Beautiful spaces available to hire for concerts, exhibitions, recording sessions, rehearsals, events and everything in between.

VISIT CLONTERBROOK
​The Music Room and Gallery at Clonterbook are open to the public for concerts and exhibitions.
Any member of the public can arrange to visit any day of the week, between 10am and 4pm, within 4 weeks of your request.
COMING SOON: "Page to Stage" Exhibition - Discover the world of make-believe and Musical Theatre.
Set and costume design workshops for anyone aged 5+ in the Gallery can be booked for groups of up to 8, for a pay as you feel donation. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.
WORKSHOPS: Bird watching, sketching and painting workshops can be arranged by appointment.
